A Message from Stu and Laura:
This morning, Stu and I went to the doctors and saw something for the first time ... a little baby Metzler kicking about inside of me! We are SO excited for this new adventure in life, and what God has in store for us as we prepare to be parents for the first time. The baby is due October 5th. So far, everything is looking good and healthy! But please keep us in your prayers as we face many big decisions and changes in the months to come (as if we haven't had enough already ;) Thanks!

ReplyDeleteThanks, guys! So far the news has been much more exciting than overwhelming =) And no, the baby is not talking yet. Although when the nurse was trying to get the baby's heart rate on the ultrasound, she commented on how active it was already, kicking its little arms and legs around! That must be the Stu-part ;) After about a minute, it calmed down and was resting peacefully on its back. That was the me-part of the baby =)
