Celebrating Thanksgiving

It's going to be awesome to get to spend the afternoon/evening together celebrating and giving thanks! Here are the details:

Saturday November 28
Jere and Shannon's
4:00 pm

Last night at group we got all the "main ingredients covered, so most of us know what we are bringing. We'll be having a traditional thanksgiving meal with all the trimmings. If you were not there and can come, I'd suggest maybe an appetizer, dessert, vegetable or beverage. We'll be eating and then hanging out/passing out... whichever comes first. :)

  1. Can someone bring Rook? I want to learn how to play!

  2. Please don't make me play Rook...I hate Rook! Just ask Jere. He,on the otherhand, loves Rook. So, we do have the cards...maybe I'll "lose" them somehow before Thanksgiving;) We also have tons of other games, so unless your heart is set on a game in particular, you probably don't need to bring any. 8. If everyone who is coming could email or post an RSVP to me that would be great...then I'll know how many place settings for the table. I am so looking forward to it...I think it will be the highlight of our Thanksgiving weekend.

  15. Suggestion... I'm not promising that there will be lots of leftovers for the taking, but just in case people want to share/get rid of what they brought... maybe bring some sort of plate/tupperware-ish something or even a paper plate. Just a thought. :) We don't want to end up putting Shannon and Jere on the spot with lending out their tupperware. haha
